Service description

TranscriptED provides AI-powered transcription, summarisation, and document generation services for HR meetings and formal proceedings. The service includes audio recording, transcript generation, AI-powered summaries, and document export in PDF and Word formats.

User obligations

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from all meeting participants before recording. You must ensure that your use of TranscriptED complies with applicable laws, including UK GDPR and employment legislation. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to or create within TranscriptED, including audio recordings, transcripts, and exported documents. TranscriptED retains ownership of the platform, its software, and all associated intellectual property. We do not claim any rights over your content.

Limitation of liability

TranscriptED is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy in transcription and summarisation, AI-generated content should always be reviewed by a qualified professional before use in formal proceedings. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated summaries or transcripts without appropriate human review.
